Product Description and Availability - Whilst we aim to ensure that our entire range of products is available at any time, this is not always possible. If a product is needed quickly please phone to ask about availability, on 01933 410851.
Please note that many items are fully tailored and made to your order, and therefore not "in stock". When this is the case we endeavour to quote you with an accurate despatch date, which we will do our utmost to keep to.
If there is a specific date that the item is required for please ensure that we are made aware of this when you place your order.
We reserve the right to change our products and prices at any time.
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate at anytime. In the unlikely event that you spot errors please let us know. In the event that we have priced an item incorrectly we retain the right to cancel any orders placed with the incorrect price. You will be offered the opportunity to either cancel your order entirely or proceed at the correct price.
Placing an order - You guarantee that all details provided by you are accurate, complete and correct, and that you are authorised to use the credit or debit card you are using. Please note that all frauds, or attempts at fraud, will be reported to the police. Also, by providing us with an email address, you accept that email is an acceptable form of communication both to and from us.

Guarantee - All our products are guaranteed indefinitely against defective materials and workmanship.
If you change your mind, under the Consumer Distance Selling regulations, you have 7 days to inform us of this and to return the goods at your own cost. If you are returning your good(s) please inform us, either by phone or email, that you would like to return the item(s). Please note that the responsibility of return lies with the customer, as allowed for in these regulations. No refund or replacement can be issued until we receive the goods safely.
Custom Made Products - Please note that, as these products are made to order, they cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed; or altered once work has begun.
Privacy & Liability - We will treat all your information as confidential and we will not pass on any of your details to any third party. Once your payment has been processed we do not store any financial details (e.g. card numbers) supplied by you.
We have taken steps to ensure that all information we hold is stored in a protected manner. We operate a safe and secure website and have made sure that shopping on our website is protected. All information stored both on computer and on paper, is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach in our, or an outside company's, computer system.
